Our team has over 20 years of educational experience!

All our lessons are face to face.  One of our directors is a fully qualified teacher/lecturer with nearly 20 years experience in the classroom.  We are specialists in teaching GCSE English Language.  We also offer English for year 7, 8, 9 and 10 students. 

The Aspire Method

It all begins with a free ASSESSMENT which enables us to get to know you and your child, long before the learning process begins.  Even before your child enters our classroom, we will take them through an in-depth assessment which will enable us to establish their current level of achievement. We will then see where they are strong and where they need support.

This information is then used to set learning goals and set a plan of tuition sessions, should you decide to proceed. 

SEN & Dyslexia Specialist Tuition

At Aspire tutoring we have professional teachers who are specially equipped to tutor students with SEN (Special Educational Needs) and Dyslexia.  Whether your child has been assessed by the local council as having SEN or not, we will provide plenty of additional help and support. With dyslexia, we can provide an assessment if required.

Why choose us?

Working to the National Curriculum, sessions are all of a uniform length, structured and split between computer based and written activities, each one following a path of teach – reinforce – secure understanding of concepts.   Working in small groups of about 4 students, one-on-one teaching time is guaranteed. Each lesson is conducted in a calm and focused way, encouraging motivation and participation and ensuring positivity throughout; praise is given to reward and acknowledge as students achieve.

Our charges

We charge £25 per hour lesson. Once you have paid for the session, the lesson is guaranteed to the student. Therefore, we ask you to pay upfront each month. You can pay via cash or a bank transfer. The first assessment lesson is free!  Contact us today for a non-obligation appointment.
